- SFStacy FrymireNov 17, 20255.0It was frustrating that the opening employee was around 20 minutes late as it meant the groomer, Abi, and I (and of course my dog) were waiting outside the store until he showed up. Abu was great, chatted with me about my dog and got familiar with him. She provided clear info on the service booked and what it involved as this was my first time having a dog professionally groomed. Abi was accurate on the estimated time the services would take which allowed me to run my errands and be back when she texted that Remy was ready for pickup. My only complaint is Abi did upsell me to a Holiday Grooming Package but forgot to give me the dog treats which were included in that package.
