He was sitting in the bottom of the cage and acting unusual compared to every other time I have been in, I come here once a week or so. This is concerning as there are many live animals and few workers. I hope they are getting the care they deserve and that Casper is looked into. In general I hope that this is taken seriously, especially when the cost for this poor guy is almost 500 dollars

They waited until 10 min before my appointment when I was already nearly there with my dog to cancel. This was a huge inconvenience because I had to turn around take my dog all the way back home and then head to work. I would recommend finding somewhere else!
- BTBellaDenise TinnellDec 3, 20255.0I've had the best experience at this store All the employees so far that I've had to talk to have been wonderful zenith and Stacy they deserve more than five stars if they could have more than five stars they're they care about their customers they treat me like they know me instead of being a customer like I'm important in my matters when my fish almost died and so far I'm crossing my fingers she's doing good so far she's starting to look better her colors are coming back I mean him his name is Fabio He's a beta He was dying and they help me Save my fish and the manager I don't remember his name he's great when I couldn't get my discount for the discount for dog food to have it sent to me every 3 months He still gave me the discount when I came in the store they can use the only be done online Great customer service he treats them great He fixes the problem and makes it right I've been to all the pet stores and don't like them like this one I went to PetSmart yesterday because I was in Elizabethtown and tell myself I don't really want to go there cuz I like Petco but I wasn't going to Radcliff so I stopped in to get some for my dog I didn't buy nothing I said my dog can wait I'm not buying nothing here cuz nobody will come help me they just gone by and there was like the store was not busy so when I didn't get no help I left I won't go back there not to PetSmart I'll stick to my Petco if anybody wants to get great service I suggest everybody go to Petco in Radcliff Kentucky wonderful service The employees are great and they care about you to help you with whatever issue you have to help you fix the problem and help you with what you need for your pets thank you so much for your great service because you can't find any place that has great employees with treat their customers like their more than just a customer I wish more places were like the employees at Petco if I could give Petco more than five stars I would and here's a picture of beforeMy fish Fabio was looking bad and dying his colors are a lot different now his cars are coming back and on you can see that in the second picture they helped me Save my fish and spouse in Oklahoma without petco's health and him He would have died thank you for y'all's good service and help
