  I called first to ensure they had the specific dog food I was looking for. The lady on the phone was the same person who helped me in the store. Professional and friendly. The cashier was very nice also. Offered for me to join the email list so I could enjoy discounts and promotions as they become available. Did not feel pressured at all. I recommend.

  My dog is allergic to everything. This is one of the only physical stores that carries a brand of food she can tolerate. All of the employees are super friendly and helpful.

  Went in to buy a few smaller fish, worker was rude and he demanded to see the fishtank I would be putting them in and wouldn't allow a purchase to be made, and was being very snarky, (I have multiple fish and understand the sizes, and food requirements). I won't be coming back. This was completely disrespectful and I didn't make any purchases and definitely would NOT recommend this place to buy fish, hopefully this employee can be re-trained or let go, happy Valentines Day...

  The workers were super kind, however I wish they were more willing to surrender sick or hurt fish. I asked them if they could surrender a fish that was head down and swimming in circles with a broke fin. It’s in really rough shape as a lot of them were. My heart couldn’t walk away so I still paid full price for the fish.

  I would like to recommend this location due to the convenience but I HIGHLY DONT!!!! I have visited this location 3 times over the last year, the first a beta for my daughter’s birthday. We take her in to pick out the perfect beta for her tank, as we are trying to pay the employee refuses to sell me the fish because they do not believe my 3gallon tank is the proper fit. There is nothing in this tank why is it not good enough, well after arguing with the employee we left with our beta. I am 40 years old I think I know how to take care of a beta. Now we come to the 2nd time I was almost refused being sold to, this time I was buying a crayfish, now I’ve had one before I even proceeded to tell the employee how my mom killed my other one by accident and I’ve been trying to find another one. Well for Christmas my husband found me one at this location so, I had my tank ready to go (a 5 gallons) and after dinner one night we go in, it’s still there!!! Best day ever were going to buy it and I get told no because they can’t live in that small of a tank. I know this I’ve had one before I have to get the bigger one together well after a few minutes back and forth I leave my crayfish which is doing amazing in her big tank. Now welcome come to today, my daughter (she’s 5) wants a new fish, well we have the 5 gallon still set up so we decided to stop in and pick up about 3 goldfish for her, well the employee helping us asked what size tank we had and then proceeded to lecture us on why we can’t have those fish or any other fish I asked about and how they don’t have anything in the store besides a beta (which we didn’t want) that will fit in our tank. Needless to say we walked out and will not return, I get teaching how to properly care for a fish but basically refusing a sale is ridiculous, if I want to spend my money then I’m going to spend my money.
