I can’t say enough fantastic things about this place and the staff that work there……literally all of them are truly amazing and kind. They provide compassionate care to your fur baby and treat you with respect and kindness. They’ve treated several of my pets but one in particular deserves a 100 star review. I rescued a cat that was dumped and roaming for months in my woods and driveway drain with a raccoon. I caught him, took him in and found out he had FIV and needed a few surgical procedures (including neutered) to make life comfortable for him. This cat (named Garfield) needed eyelid surgery because his eyelids were flipped inward causing the hair to rub on his eyeball leading to constant eye drainage, infections, and scarring on the eyeball. In my review I’ve included some before pics, healing process pics, and after pics. Not only does he look better, but he plays now! He’s happy and so full of life and that’s something he didn’t get to experience before. I can’t thank them enough for loving and caring for my sweet boy and giving him a comfortable second chance.

Terrible. Didn’t even give us the antibiotics for our dog. Has doctors that don’t even care.

This place is a complete fraud. My daughter took our chihuahua to get checked out for an issue which we already knew what it was. They provided no treatment and charged us $118.00 because they said it was an “emergency visit”. It was not as she’s been in this condition for a few days, and is in no pain and acting normal. It was a walk in, but their site says nothing about an emergency fee. They also claimed they had to fit my dog in but there was no one else in the business getting treatment. The office MGR flat out lied. My daughter was in a room within 5 minutes of arriving and out within 15 minutes. I will be filing a complaint today with the state’s Veterinary board because I was told on the phone by the office MGR for the $118 she would be sent home with antibiotics and some kind of treatment. No antibiotics were given. I’ll also be charging this back with the bank because we received no service. They absolutely do not care about your pets. They care about robbing you blind. Update- in response the office Mgr stated the ER fee is associated with availability. According to my DR the office was empty. Another lie! This is the problem with corporate vets. It’s profit over your pets. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
