  They where so helpful and caring for our tabby kitten Deanna she had an upper respiratory infection they treated us with very much kindness worked with us. Try to help us get the medicine as cheap as possible, and Taylor, the nurse.she is just awesome she reached out to us a couple days in a row, checking on her even on the weekend on her off day making sure the kitten was OK. This is a wonderful place to take your pet. They are caring the vet cares the nurses care the front desk receptionist cares.

  Incompetent, Greedy, Liars. Do yourself a favor and go to Hyde Park or Florence if you like PetVet365. The first time we came to this place, we were lied to about what they were capable of doing. Subsequently, while we paid at Newport, we had to go to Florence to actually get the services. The Vet we spoke with there as well was way more informative and helpful. This last time (and it will be the last time) we went for what ended up being a UTI. Naturally, while they ran tests, they missed it and our cat ended up with pancreatitis and ended up in the ER overnight. With the followup, I was told that we could opt for a second urine test off the sample they pulled and only have to pay the difference. Well, low and behold, they lied again. We were also refused more antibiotics despite all signs pointing to still having a UTI - and our cat ended up back in the ER. It was Hyde Park that was able to diagnose the UTI, by the way, and guessed it's what it was even before the tests. Newport just cares about money, period. They couldn't diagnose a cold without a PCR test.

  The staff here is so thoughtful and kind. Words can’t even express my gratitude for how they handled my situation and my poor sick pup. they were so diligent and did everything they could to improve the situation, thinking about me and my dog and helped me so much. They stayed late for us and made us comfortable and discussed every step of what was happening with me. I feel like I had 4 fairy godmothers for my dog. Thank you all so much. If you have had bad experiences with other vets, you will feel shocked by how elevated the experience is here. I will never forget the kindness from the staff here. You made a difference ❤️

  Seriously the best of the best. Excellent team that really cares and loves my animals like they are their own. Greeted warmly every single time I come in, and have not once had an issue in the time I’ve been taking my animals there. (Which has been a few years!) The after hours team is also incredible. Huge shout out to them! I needed previous records sent over to me during an after hours emergency at 8 pm and they sent them right away! Y'all, you won’t find better than this place. I’m telling you!
