- MMMichelleNov 23, 20255.0I have an 80 lb Staffordshire terrier that started having behavior issues while crated when I'm at work that we can only attribute to the death of my schnauzer, the destruction of her crate was almost immediate after he passed ( I do have a Morkie so Karma isn't alone) however this is my 2nd loss in 3 yrs, both age related, Karma came from extreme abuse/ neglect situation, weighed 35 lbs when I picked her up on the interstate, currently medicated for anxiety but I'm worried she's going to break her teeth so I went to Petco to get heavy duty crate as the one she had was big but not designed for dog trying to get out, the associate was wonderful, price was great, she's currently going in it when she doesn't have to which is a more normal behavior for her.

After a horrible experience at a different chain in Hamburg, what a delight it was to come to this Petco! The store itself is very clean, and I appreciated the selection of dog foods. It was surprising to see chicks there, but I typically get some each spring and am glad there is another local option. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable! Each have their specialty. I was asked if I needed help (not ignored, as in other places), and the associate offered advice on my selection. Great experience that will have me coming back!
