  the groomer for both of my dogs was abigail. she was exceptional. she went out of her way to accomodate my drop off and pick up needs. they were both a mess and she did an amazing job restoring them to the adorable pups they are. many thanks, could not be happier with the experience.

  The visit started off on the wrong foot. At check in, rather than a kind, welcoming greeting, the stylist started off by saying “usually we can take your dog this early”. We arrived 30 minutes early by which I informed her that I was more than happy to bring him back closer to the time. When I arrived to pick him up, I stood there for what seemed like 7-10 minutes before anyone greeted me. Instantly when I saw my dog I immediately noticed the chunk of hair missing from his ear and I inquired asking what happened and if he had a matte in his hair there causing the blunt chunk of hair missing. That was when the stylist mentioned that she didn’t cut his ears, yet I paid for a FULL, long hair cut. She then proceeded to say “Well, he don’t like his pads shaved. It must have been sensitive for him and he got nippy with me and that could have accidentally happened when he was nipping at me.” I did let her know that he’s not a fan of the nail grinder but has never had an issue with his pads being cleaned up. Even though I told her about the nail grinder, she continued to preform that service and even told me he did fine with that? Other concerns is the hair on his legs and behind is choppy and looks like it was cut with dull clippers. I have to keep his sweater on him to distract from the poor cut. Needless to say this whole experience was less than desirable for both myself and my pet. I will not be returning and advising anyone I know to do the same. Very disappointing!

  Please be sure to arrive early because they will turn you away even if you’re only a few minutes late. I had a 10 AM appointment and arrived slightly late due to traffic. The groomer insisted they offer a 15-minute grace period, but when I arrived it wasn’t even 10:15 AM yet. Instead of checking us in right away, she spent time on her computer chatting with other groomers, and only after that delay told me they would not take my pet. The whole interaction felt unprofessional and dismissive, as if they simply didn’t want to honor the appointment.

  I was not pleased with the grooming of my two dogs. It seems like the job was rushed (even though it took longer then I was told), and my dogs did not appear to have any thorough brushing or fur trimming done except around their feet. I will not be back.
