    They weren't very clean and the groomers won't take any dogs that show any kind of sign of possible aggression and then charge a huge fee for it and refuse to groom them or refund the cost. They have a poor selection of things and they are extremely overpriced compared to any of the other pet stores of the same caliber. I was very disappointed with the entire experience. We watched several different employees walk by a big puddle of dog pee in the main isle repeatedly the entire hour we were in the store which was obvious and should have been spotted easily especially since it was in the main isle as you come in the doors and turn to the cash register and right in front of the vet clinic and grooming station. The fish and aquarium section looked better than I expected it to even though it wasn't the greatest and was overpriced but I was pleasantly surprised to see they had salt water fish even if it was a small selection. The betta fish selection was sparse and looked pretty old and rough and I left hoping it was close to the time to refill their supply. Overall, the staff was actually really friendly and welcoming. They treated us with warmth and treated my Chihuahua with a friendly manner as well.

    I am very disappointed with the dog grooming services when I picked up my dog today, i walked in with my mom to pick up my Pomeranian, her name is coco. The 2 dog groomers were “Victoria” and “Melissa” . Both were very unprofessional. Terrible experience So “Victoria” was Coco’s Stylist today, she did amazing job on Coco but here’s my problem, she told us it would only take 2 hours but it took more than 2 hours. Me and my mom dropped her off around 10:40am, she told us that she will call, text or email me once she is done with coco. “Victoria” never called, texted or emailed me not once informing me that coco was done. We had to go back to Petco to find out ourselves to see if she was done or not. 2 hours passed, haven’t got no email, text or call. 1:40pm being around, so me and my mom decided to just come there to see what’s going on since we haven’t heard anything. So me and my mom went in, we saw “Victoria” outside talking on the phone. We went inside and talked to this lady named “Melissa” so my mom ended up asking “we just wanted know if coco was finished” and she said “yes, she is done but let me make sure she isn’t matted and let me go ahead check you out while we are here” so she got on the computer and I asked her a question, I said “oh okay, cuz we didn’t get no text, email or call from y’all so we were just wondering. Do y’all still do that??” And “Melissa” had an attitude towards me and just made a face at me, didn’t even bother talking to me or answering my question. “Melissa” had this attitude the whole time with me, she ignored me and had this ugly attitude towards me but talked to my mom with this nice attitude and smiling face, not knowing coco was my dog and not my mom’s. I didn’t have no attitude at all with her, I was smiling and everything. So “Melissa” went in the back and got coco, she ignored me and tried to give coco to my mom. When she saw me walk up to her to grab coco from her and she ignored me. I am very disappointed with my experience that I had today with Petco because “Melissa” had a ugly attitude towards me for no reason and “Victoria” never noticed me or informed me that she was done with coco. I will not be back at this Petco, if their customers get treated like this. Very disappointed. Very unprofessional

    The staff was horrible went up there to get a heat bulb for 2 of my animals the lady that works at night was very rude , she seemed like she didn’t want to help us or even annoyed that I had to ask her a question . When it came to check out she was even more rude I put in my number and she proceeds to say there is multiple names here so I told the women my name she looks at me and rolls her eyes and didn’t say anything else so I asked did the number work she ignored me . The next day I had to go back up there to do a return because of the previous night she had told me wrong. The morning shift staff was also rude too and basically tried to tell me that the light build was broke and she couldn’t do a return . I had to tell her this is where you work why don’t you go put it in to see if it’s broke , she ignores me and she did the return . Memorial of the story the staff is extremely rude up there if you don’t wanna help people and help all kinds of different people then you need to find a new job, but this Was extremely unprofessional. I will NOT be going back to this store . I honestly wanted to do no stars But I had to click at least one . I wouldn’t have said this three months ago, but the new staff they need to let them go
