They don't give advice to push their stores products on you, rather they make suggestiona about what you might try to resolve a tank problem. After explaining, I often have to ask, hey do you have some one of those or do you carry some of that chemical etc. they then will help you find said item. Really like just looking at the fish, very healthy and active . All are friendly and will chat with you for as long as you want. They seem to really like what they do and it shows. It's my go to place to get aquatic animals, plants and chemicals.
