I sedated my dog to be groomed and she said she couldn't get everything done. She did the hair in front of her eyes, around her but and around her paws. AND CHARGED ME FOR A FULL GROOM. My dog didn't look a bit different than when she went in. Im not the type to argue about it with them, I just won't be going back and will warn others not to do the same. When I got home I took matters into my own hands and trimmed her with my clippers and had no issues. She doesn't look great but at least she doesn't have all that hair anymore. I just feel like she took advantage of the fact I said my dog would be difficult and didn't even give it a solid effort.
