I have been taking my cat here since 2018, they take great care of my elder cat and are understanding of my situation with certain cats being outside cats. They are patient with me as the cat parent and how forgetful I am with my appointments.

1/12/2026-Actively here right now at the outerloop location. This is my 3rd visit since November and the older woman who is a receptionist is very rude and you have to repeat yourself to her 4-5 times before you finally have to give up and ask someone else to do what you’re needing done. In November I Asked to be added to pick up and drop off for my pets and it took me having to finally ask the doctor to do it. She also proceeded to laugh while telling me that she was hung over from drinking for Thanksgiving and to excuse her, as if it was funny why she was being so forgetful. I came in a little early (45 minutes) today for my appointment drop off and got told I couldn’t drop off early, which is fine. I didn’t mind waiting until drop off time but she also didn’t have to roll her eyes and say “well thats why we make appointments”, with attitude. She makes a person dread even coming to banfield with how she is towards her customers. Every time I have walked up to the counter , her whole face changes to angry/bothered and she acts frustrated she has to tend to customers. I have seen her act the same towards multiple others who have walked up while I’ve been there. I also see quite a few comments on here about the receptionist being rude and I can bet they are all about the same woman. I can’t believe she is allowed to treat customers the way she does and they allow her to stay. I will be sure to update this comment with her name when I go back to get my pet. The doctors and medical staff have all been very kind but it’s time for a new receptionist if she hates her job that much that it is causing her to mistreat your customers. I wasn’t going to leave a bad review the first time because I figured everyone is entitled to a bad day but this is 3 visits now that she’s been rude.
Update: Went back to get my cat and found out her the receptionists name is Belinda. She once again got rude when I walked up to the counter after she finished assisting another woman. She huffed and puffed as if I were a problem to her, as usual. So 4th time having a bad run in with her, twice just today!
