- AWAllison WattsApr 9, 20261.0If I could give it a zero I would. Spent 5 hours here just waiting to be seen. Tech finally got us back and another 1 hour waiting in the room on the vet. Vet never showed. My dog currently has an open wound, and she couldn’t get her shit together for 5 mins to come in and help us! New vet starts on Monday, hopefully they’ll be better. Grateful for the vet tech that was very sweet. Vet, if you hate your job this much, then you need a new one.

I attempted to have my best pal seen three separate times at this clinic the first time I arrived to a sign to the door "no doctor" the second attempt same thing, with some added rudeness from the lady at the counter the third time "planned visit" I called and said I would be there, unfortunately This time I arrived with an emergency only to be met with yet another sign on the door "no doctor" when I spoke to the lady and told her my pet was in distress and needed care I was met with a cold put off of nothing we can do.. no empathy, no reguard, no concern, just maybe you should try tomorrow, A total lack of care at all! I called around and traveled to another clinic over an hour away Unfortunately my emergency turned to the worst possible outcome and I had to bring my best friend home in a bag to be put to rest! This is not acceptable in any means, and i would recommend this place be avoided, go to a vet that actually cares!
