- MBMallory BrusFeb 13, 20265.0Dr. Lacy and all the TCAH crew are beyond incredible! Seriously, I can't yell loud enough how helpful they have been with caring for, diagnosing, and helping my wife and I manage our 3 year boy's IBD issues. From the first visit, Dr. Lacy "heard" us and trusted our understanding of his typical and atypical behaviors. Dr. Lacy helped us develop and modify action plans as needed, and has been readily available along the way to answer questions. We have never felt pressured into labs/X-rays/treatments or shamed for our decisions, though we generally do as recommend. Now, our boy's sweet demeanor is back and he's moving forward with living his best life while we manage the symptoms. Dr. Lacy has also been a rock star with our geriatric, slightly diva-like, cat, who has progressed so much in the few months since her first visit. Further, the front staff are always friendly and handle my frequent questions/need for same day appointments with grace (e.g., Deejay, Jeanna, Kait, and Kimber, etc., you are amazing)! I've also never interacted with a vet tech there that I didn't like; so friendly and helpful! Thanks for all you do, TCAH. Roux and Tonks appreciate all your help and support!

The technicians are so kind and explain what they are doing and what the kittens need. My Vet was wonderful and she spent so much time with them and allowed me to ask questions.
