You can tell how much she and the entire staff care about their patients. No surgery was being done when I was there, but there was plenty to see, and Sarah did an excellent job explaining what happens. I learned about quarantine, surgery, the medical side, and was surprised to learn there is even a NICU! If you want to round out your knowledge of horse country, you must see Hagyard - I learned so much!
