  Absolutely awful experience tonight. We showed up to the receptionist on the phone. She did not even give us eye contact. After a few minutes of her talking on the phone and not acknowledging us, we politely interrupted to see what the wait would be since we had an actual emergency. She was extremely rude with us and we left in tears after being told it would likely be 8 hours before they could assist us. We will never return!

  This clinic had an amazing staff that really eased our grief as we said goodbye to our 14+ year old cat, Roxy. From the first interaction (phone call) to the last, they were professional & compassionate. Highly recommend. 10/10

  Puppy ingested Medical 10 mg marijuana. Dr Bradley Venable was very professional and kept us informed. He received IVs and emetics, and was kept overnight for observation. It was very scary because he was drooling and jerking, and I was worried about neurological damage. The doctor was very reassuring that he would have no long time side effects. Everyone in the office was very friendly and warm.

  I took my senior dog (16 years old) there last night after a vet (Banfield) visit earlier in the day. The ladies at the front desk were very nice. They were quick and thorough with my baby. Found the issue; the breast cancer she had removed last year had spread to her little lungs, and it was pretty advanced. They were extremely kind and caring toward me and my baby while we had to go through the process of euthanization and discussed cremation services. They let me spend time with her and let me stay for a little bit to calm down enough to drive home after everything. Pricing for anything medical is always expensive but they worked with me because I had to divide my payment amongst care credit etc because the vet visit from earlier in the day had broke me.

  I have used BVS many times. I have 5 dogs and live close. They are knowledgeable, compassionate, and gentle with your animal. They provide great care and don’t try to jack up the bill (let’s face it, emergency services are high enough without things you don’t need). Dr Stone stitched up my Doberman and did a great job. Even with a cone on overnight, she managed to get some stitches loose, however enough remain to be sufficient. The middle and two edges are still holding because of the way she stitched it. Dr Stone and all the staff and Vet Techs were amazing. The atmosphere is relaxing, they provide coffee or hot chocolate, and little biscotti biscuits. The bathroom was clean.
