  All Creatures has the most knowledgeable, caring, and professional staff! They are wonderful with my fur kids, even the spicy ones. Everyone has always been willing to explain procedures and after care in great detail. They have no problem providing detailed cost estimates and my bill never includes any hidden fees.

  We moved to Ky a year ago and was looking for a new vet. We have a Dogue de Bordeaux rescue,and I have been worried about her,because she wakes up in the middle the night panting.The girls sat on the floor with her,petting her.The vet walks into the room,stands on the opposite side of the room from the dog-talks to me for a couple of minutes,then exits the room —never to return ? I paid for an exam,for what ? He never even touched our dog ! What vet doesn’t touch a dog in the exam room ? At the very least , listen to her heart . ..he did not take the time to even hear my concerns—very disappointing visit.

  Brought my cat here after visiting a few other vets with no answers. The staff here is as pleasant as they are competent. They were so thorough with their exam, it was truly a breath of fresh air. They identified so many problems with my cat that I know other vets never even thought to check. I wont trust anyone else with the health of my animals after visiting here.

  We have been using Dr. GIibson and ACVC for the last 3-4 years, since we moved here. We have always had excellent service with him and his staff. He takes his time with us, explaining things in layman's terms and answers all questions we have. Dr. Boyer has join the group and seems to have adjusted in the ACVC family well. We have seen her on a couple occasions and have no complaints. She has the same philosophy of taking care of her clients. She takes her time and answers all questions we have. I don't think you will be disappointed if you choose ALL CREATURES VETERINARY CARE as your vet.

  I had an emergency with my ferret. I called roughly 10 different vets in ashland, no one was specialized in ferrets. I called All Creatures and they were super quick to see him. Although the vet did not consider herself a ferret specialist, she was still willing to help me and had specialists on standby to help with her diagnosis. Everyone there was super sweet and even with adding treatments to the cost the vet did amazing with keeping the cost within her original estimate. Im so grateful!
