Dr Boyer has always shown how caring and knowledgeable she is. The staff are great too and I'd like to give a shout out to Ashley also. Dr Boyer and Ashley spent extra time with me and my ferret Rascal. They truly listened and showed great care to me and Rascal and it was on a Friday at closing time when I'm sure they were ready to get out of there. I never felt rushed and they made sure my little guy had everything he needed before we left. I highly recommend them, especially for ferrets. If you have ferrets then you know knowledgeable ferret vets are few and far between.
The vet really seems like she cares about the animals, without all the hard pressure sales tactics you get at some vets. Just options and prices explained until you understand the decisions you're making for your pets.
The professionalism and emotional care of this office is unmatched. We had to use them once a few years ago when our current office was unavailable. We have slowly transitioned to this office completely. They have helped me cross two of my old dogs over the rainbow bridge with the upmost compassion, and have proven themselves to be very knowledgeable each time we've come in. If you care about your pet, this is the place.

We moved to Ky a year ago and was looking for a new vet. We have a Dogue de Bordeaux rescue, and I have been worried about her, because she wakes up in the middle the night panting. The girls sat on the floor with her, petting her.The vet walks into the room, stands on the opposite side of the room from the dog-talks to me for a couple of minutes, then exits the room —never to return ? I paid for an exam, for what ? He never even touched our dog ! What vet doesn’t touch a dog in the exam room ? At the very least , listen to her heart . ..he did not take the time to even hear my concerns—very disappointing visit.
