- EKEarl KellyAug 12, 20251.0It was not my dog but the dog here lives in my house so she's all our dog Made an appointment they set it we dropped our dog off and it was made clear we worked and needed it done by their agreed upon time so they overbooked could not deliver and it was time for my granddaughter to go to work so she calls tells them that I would be there right after work to get our pet well then it was that they would not wait unless they were paid more money how is that a way to do a customer that you booked an appointment for and couldn't complete your obligations so I have taken off early and got a point at work on my record that takes a year to go away and effects my next raise and plus the loss of income to go there to get our pet because they would not accommodate us for there lack of being able to deliver the job on time that they setup but wants the customer to pay for their decisions not anywhere professional here and now we picked her up job mediocre at best soap residue left behind by a poor rinse so now we have to go and finish a job that we paid them to do. My suggestion is to look for a local groomer that still takes pride in the work they do. We are paying the price for thinking about saving a buck or two shame on us should have paid a bit more for a local groomer with pride and care for the customer this place will overbook then not deliver and expect more money for not doing the job on time so take a caution find a local groomer bypass the unprofessional Petco in Frankfort KY
