    My cat Jinxy and I have had our share of veterinarians over the years. She is a bit "spicy" and a bit difficult, so we have not kept up with visits. I could not bare how rough she was handled, with multiple staff trying to hold her down as she fought. She became very ill a few months ago, and after reading the reviews, I took her to see Dr. Smith. She was sick, but still spicy. Sedation was suggested so that labs and testing could be done. She was handled with compassion and care. Not once did anyone make me feel badly for how she acted. Fast forward, she is doing wonderful and it was discovered that an undiagnosed (because no one took time with her) was a primary issue. She is doing so much better and we finally found a veterinarian office we love. All of the staff are caring and compassionate. Highly recommend ❤️

    We had an emergency with our dog and PetVet 365 in Florence was absolutely incredible. They squeezed us in right away, but never made us feel rushed. They took their time with us, answered all of our questions, and treated Willie with such kindness and care. On top of that, they even checked on him later that evening, which meant so much to us. We are beyond grateful for the compassion they showed both Willie and our family. Highly recommend!

    Best in town! Always fast to respond and keep you in the loop. Their office is open over the weekends! They take excellent care of your pet! You can feel from the receptionist, techs and vets that they truly have love, care and compassion for the animals! They even have separate rooms for cats and dogs so that the furbabies, can feel more relaxed and comfortable in the office. If you want top-notch service and upscale veterinarians, this is the spot! Pawzzy, Lulu and Doozy, thanks them for being such good Drs and taking good care of them! ❤️❤️ 🐈🐈‍⬛😻

    I called on a Sunday when my regular vet office was closed. They were so friendly on the phone and I was able to text pictures of my dog and get a quick reply on whether or not he needed to be seen urgently. Thank you for giving this nervous dog mama some peace of mind!

    AMAZING service!! I took my pup Rigby here for the first time and will never go to any other vet again!! The fear-free aspect makes it so much less stressful for everyone involved. The team greeted us with instant love and were so welcoming. I absolutely adore everyone who I interacted with and couldn’t recommend them more!! They seriously are the best and you can tell they actually care about the animals!! <<33
