  Very nice cat room. Very friendly staff. Dr Smith did everything she could for my cat. T-Mobile automatically marked the phone calls and texts from them as spam so I will say if you're leaving your animal in their care you should save their number before leaving. Thankful for all of the women who helped me and my cat

  When I say, this office went above and beyond for my dog, I mean to the stars. ✨ They made it possible to fit us in on a Saturday, for major surgery. Our family girl was on the verge of losing her life due to a bad infection in her uterus, Dr. Smith saved her life 1000%. She took the time to explain everything beforehand, and kept in contact with me thru-out the procedure. She and staff (Michelle, Brittanie, & all behind the scenes) are honestly the best ever. Thank you all again!

  My poor baby had an infection in her uterus. She was at risk of dying without treatment. I’ll keep the fine details between me and the wonderful staff but just know when I say they went above and beyond to save my baby girl, that would be an understatement, by a long shot. They saved my girl. They removed the infection from her and fixed her so this never happens again. I can’t express how amazing Michelle, Dr Smith, Brittanie, and everyone else involved are, just amazing. They blessed my family today. They went above and beyond to save our family dog. I have a 6 year old son he was heart broken we all were. Here is a picture of my baby girl Athena and my son safe and sound at home after PetVet365 saved our dog. Without them I can safely say my girl wouldn’t be here with us past next week. Without them and all their help I could have never gotten this procedure done. I could keep writing for days about them. I couldn’t be more pleased. I will never go anywhere else and I will say that I can bet you’ll never find a better, more caring, veterinarian around. Truly my words could never do them justice and could never fully express my gratitude. At the end of the day they saved my girl when I thought all hope of her being saved was lost. They made the impossible possible. Thank you PetVet365.

  If I could give a negative star, I would. I brought in my cat due to not peeing and eating poorly and they went ahead and took him away from the room, which I thought they examined him there without me and my partner present. When they came back, they gave me an estimate in bloodwork, x-rays and stay options they wanted based on our answers about our cat"s abnormal behavior. It was going to be approximately 1500 dollars total. We tried working out a payment plan, but it kept failing on our end multiple times and decided to leave in search of a cheaper option. We still had to pay 75 bucks for no care given to our pet. We had left and got better care elsewhere and a different medical opinion that our cat was not suffering from a urine blockage but rather a viral infection with just checking his temperature. Something that I thought that the vet and vet tech here was checking when our cat was initially taken back. With our new vet, she walked us through all the new options for our cat to take and had way more affordable options. If you do plan to come here, please be aware that when they do take your animal back, they might not even take him out of the carrier and just go based on the information you give them. Not the kind of care that I would want for my pet.
