  Our groomer was very personable, and it was obvious that she was very good with dogs. She did a great job with Ollie’s grooming, and we are very happy with her. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. This will definitely be our groomer from now on.

  We are always impressed with our girl's cuts. She looks great and always comes home happy! Brie is patient with her and really takes her time to remove matts rather than just shaving her. She listens to our requests and makes it happen! We have tried several other grooming services and have not been satisfied. Surprisingly, not only is Doggie Paddles is much more affordable, but their service is hands down superior to our previous experiences!

  I wasn’t going to make a review. But after calling today I had to. I took my 4 month old puppy here over a year ago. Everything was fine for maybe 5-6 visits. Honestly, I’m unsure on the number, but she seemed to have a decent time per the staff. One day I went to pick her up and they told me she had hurt her leg. “It was limping a bit at the time but it has pretty much gotten better”. I was ok with that. Like things happen…fine. They bring her out and she is putting no weight on her leg at all!!! I inquired about that and told the front desk staff that I will be taking her to the vet. I did do just that. Her leg was broken! They put her in a cast and referred to a specialist saying she probably will need surgery! I of course reached out to this company and they did on fact make it right. They did pay for everything and thankfully she did not need surgery in the end-just a cast for a few weeks. Everything was fine on my end- I actually was impressed-even tho it was their staff that caused it! (I can get into details of this if needed). Now fast forward to tonight. I just got a new puppy and was again wanting to enroll him and possibly the puppy that had her leg broken back into daycare. The lady on the phone looked up my account and my puppy is banned from their facility. So I guess they covered the bills but they forgot that their own “trained” employee caused my puppy a broken leg. One star. Train ur staff better.

  We love Doggie Paddles. They take such great care of my Buddy. He is a senior dog that is not dog friendly. He stays and plays solo which means more attention needed from the team. They send pictures with updates that keep me at ease that Buddy is being well cared for. We get home after our time away and Buddy is tired, great job Doggie Paddles. Keeping him active and comfortable is so important. Doggie Paddles is the best.

  I have been taking my dog here for the last several years. She has done daycare, boarding, and grooming here. The communication from staff is excellent and they keep such a good eye on everyone's babies. Every member of the staff that I have seen is so welcoming and seems to love the animals and love their job. The staff members also seem to stick around, which says a lot of positive things about the way this business is run. My dog gets so excited she pushes me out of the way to get out of the car and run inside when we get to the parking lot. Thank you to everyone for making Leia and her humans so comfortable!
