I had originally booked an appointment for a certain day, only for it to be canceled because the groomer that was scheduled to cut my dog was not going to be in that day. However, that came literally minutes after I got the “Confirmation Text” which said “We request 48hrs notice for cancellations” yet they canceled less than 24 hours out. It was then rescheduled to the following week for an 8am haircut. I arrived with Bailey at 7:58am and there were no employees at the groomer. In fact, the employee didn’t show up until 8:05am. Additionally, the did an add on expense of a tooth brushing despite me not adding or asking for it… then they charged me the $12 for that procedure. And just like your favorite infomercial: but wait There’s MORE! Upon pick up, I had to stand and wait for 10 minutes for someone to even come to the desk to check me out and pick up my dog, despite store employees seeing me stand there while they had a conversation across the checkout counter. And just when I thought that was enough, they forgot to put the collar on her for pick up and texted me that they forgot her collar in the back after we were already home. This experience cost a nice $112
