  Got black neon tetras from here and they all died so I ordered some and not one has died then I get some black khuli loaches and one of them was dead this morning along with my betta I’ve had for almost a year so I won’t be getting anymore fish from here and I don’t recommend that you do either I won’t be surprised if the rest of the loaches end up dying

  Brittany is always super helpful! Very knowledgeable for any questions I’ve had and runs the fish department very well. When it comes to live fish I wouldn’t buy them anywhere else in town.

  Bought a bigger fish tank, four fish. The only bad thing I have to say is that I have had all my fish die I bought there . Not trying to invest in any more fish. The lid cover I bought came broke , they exchanged it for a new pump. Still had to pay some money out of pocket.

  We went into the store on 3-24 to buy fish. When we had to go ask for help Jeremy behind the register was on his phone and gave us a mean look when we asked for help. The guy who came over to help us apparently our buggy was in his way and he pushed it pretty hard to where I had to rush to catch it before it hit someone. Then when he was bagging up the fish and had to walk by me he bumped my buggy and I said sorry and I got no response. Then checkout Jeremy wasn't friendly at all!!! He was pinning one of my fish in the bag and I said something and it upsets him to where he jerks up the bag. I made the corporate decision that I Will Not be shopping in that store Ever Again!!!!
