  Have gotten multiple pets from here and they have done great, I do not however recommend their live fish as this is the only place I have gotten fish from and they never last and I know my tank is okay as I have other fish I have bought at other establishments and they thrive.

  I walked in there to find pet supplies, collar, name tag, etc. They didn't have much of a selection and the I.D. tag machine was out of order. I ended up going to the local competition down the street.

  EDIT 02/13 - I WAS JUST GIVEN THE SAME NUMBER I WAS GIVEN IN THE STORE THAT DOES NOT HANDLE ANYTHING RELATED TO STORE PURCHASES. THIS WAS MADE VERY CLEAR TO ME WHEN I CALLED. PETCO CONTINUES TO DO ANYTHING BUT PROVIDE A WAY TO GET THIS RESOLVED. ***look everyone even the "owner" is clueless. telling another reviewer to call the store. Thats the manager and person you would be complaining too. What a joke.*** Store manager lied about exchange/return policy through every step. From the time I called on the phone to being rung up was a lie. He blamed corporate policy but refused to follow said policy that is visible on the company website. Store manager Refused to make it right and offered the corporate complaint number. Really what he gave me was the number for issues with online ordering(this was a store purchase). After refusing to refund me I followed up multiple times through petco "customer support". While i was in the store the employees are telling customers they have a 30 day exchange policy but the manager refuses exchanges and only offers returns. Said store manager refuses to answer the questions sent to him through the claim I filed with customer service. I am 3 days past the longest time I was given for a response window from a regional manager to discuss the issue. You can see the store manager already has complaints in these reviews for sitting on his phone and not helping customers so this is just the norm for petco. Same issue when I was there. the "owner" on here is clueless. telling another reviewer to call the store. Thats the manager and person you would be complaining too. What a joke. If a customer leaves a store without paying its theft and a criminal charge. When a company steals your money its a civil matter and the police will not get involved. Petco refuses to provide any documentation on the issue. I have already gotten 27 people to drop petco and switch to chewy. I have started filing complaints with BBB, state attorney General, consumer protection for unfair business practices and will be filing a police report against the store manager and store in question. If I do not get a response within the 24 hour window I was just given from "corporate" I will be posting this review on every online platform I can find including social media.

  The long haired guy up there is the absolute worst with customer service and is an absolute smart ass. They had old sale tags left up and when i got to the register my item was double the price and wouldn’t honor tag. We were buying a whole set up for a reptile. When asked about live crickets he couldn’t give a time frame of when they would be ready to purchase considering I have about a 40min drive. Another time when calling in advance to see if they had crickets before the drive he was like yeah i got like 4 or 5 for you with a pause (trying again yo be a smart ass) then says they come in the next day. This guy is costing you business! 3 times i have made attemps for business here and 3 times met with the same service. I find another supplier I won’t be back!
