Not sure if our lab was just not having or if it was done at all. There was not a paper copy given to us about services and comments from stylist like normal.
- CTClaire TackettDec 8, 20253.0The grooming itself was very nice, and I appreciate the quality of the work. However, the wait times have been consistently much longer than what I was told to expect. I was advised the appointment would take about two hours, but my first visit took three hours and the second took four. At the most recent appointment, my dog wasn’t even started until over two hours after drop-off, and this was only for a bath and nail trim. While the end result looked good, the amount of time spent waiting to pick him up just wasn’t worth it. Clearer communication and more accurate scheduling would make a big difference.
