  I recently completed the puppy course with Riley. The class was well organized, informative and built a great foundation around basic obedience/behavioral training. Riley was great with all of the class participants and all the puppies loved her! Looking forward to future classes!

  I was at a complete crossroads with our 150 lb Boerboel, Ozzie. We had tried everything to help her succeed at home, and when nothing was working, we knew we needed something different. After researching programs throughout the Four Corners area, nothing compared to what Precision Dog Training Academy offered. Because of their incredible reviews, I made the decision to travel, and I am so thankful that we did. From the very first inquiry, Ethan was outstanding. He took the time to truly understand what we were struggling with and helped us feel hopeful again. He walked us through the 4 week board-and-train program in detail, answered every question with patience, and made the entire process feel clear and achievable. He also thoughtfully connected us with Keaton based on Ozzie’s specific needs, which made all the difference. That initial experience gave me so much confidence that we were in the right hands. Keaton was absolutely incredible. He was extremely communicative throughout the entire program, consistently sending updates, photos, and videos so we could see Ozzie’s progress. He worked intentionally on her basic commands, threshold training, holding commands, and reactivity. When I visited midway through for an on-site session, it was so evident the relationship he had built with her. She trusted him completely and was happy and confident under his leadership. Knowing she was being cared for and invested in so intentionally brought me so much peace. By graduation day, she was a completely different dog. The transition back home to Colorado was seamless. Ozzie is now confident, independent, and responsive. We can finally enjoy our beautiful home state together the way I always hoped we would. It is such a gift to communicate effectively with her and watch her confidently enjoy life. I am deeply grateful for Ethan, Keaton, and the entire Precision team. The time, care, and dedication they poured into Ozzie truly changed our lives. If you are feeling overwhelmed or unsure, I encourage you to take the leap. Trust them and trust the process. It is absolutely worth it. This was hands down the best investment we have ever made!

  I'll start by saying that my husband and I ate our first dinner in 10 months while our 11 month old pup stayed in PLACE for 30 minutes. This was a first!! We brought our Maggie home today from the 3 week Board & Training program where she learned to "sit" and "stay", "down" and "come", "leave it" and "heel". We cannot thank Mike, Keaton & Kate enough for the difference it will make in our daily life and for a happier, well behaved dog.

  Keaton changed our rescue stray from snarling on the elevator and us having panic attacks even thinking about having to take her out to the sweetheart she always wanted to be. Multiple people have been like is this the same dog we saw before? Ethan was so kind when we messed up times or needed to rebook. The entire staff is excellent and they all help. We really appreciated that when we forgot something, they'd email right back and be like we get it, training a dog is hard. I can't recommend them enough. Star says thank you and even though I graduated, I'm doing reunions and expect those high value treats. ♥️

  We cannot say enough amazing things about the experience with Precision Dog Training Academy! From the first interaction with Ethan, helping us pick the right program, to our trainers, Kate and Keaton, who went above and beyond to help our 6-month-old pug, Karl, who was struggling with severe separation anxiety, as well as basic command and obedience training. Leaving Karl for three weeks was not easy, but the constant communication and updates put our minds at ease. When Karl came home, the transformation was truly incredible. Not only did he show huge improvement in his ability to stay calm in his kennel, but his obedience and responsiveness to commands exceeded all of our expectations. What really sets Precision Dog Training Academy apart is their patience, professionalism, and obvious love for the dogs they work with. They didn’t just train Karl — they also took the time to train us and provide follow-up visits, giving us clear instructions and the tools to continue Karl’s success at home and in the real world. We are beyond grateful for the dedication and compassion shown throughout this process and would wholeheartedly recommend this program to anyone looking for real, lasting results. Karl is a happier, more confident pup because of it! 🐾
