- SNSeth NoblittJun 8, 20251.03:40 PM appointment, they hadnt even started the appointment for the 310 or 315 guy when I walked in. These appointments are in 5 minute blocks, so here I am still waiting 20 past my appointment time and counting, with several people still ahead of me.
- PSPandora SageOct 29, 20231.0Lied in their service description online saying the initial visit is free then wanted $200 for vaccinations. I can get those for $50 at any regular vet. When I went in for my appointment they lied and said the full service clinic (which they couldn’t even explain what that means) doesn’t schedule appointments on weekends even though I scheduled on their website for that exact location and even got MULTIPLE confirmation messages with date and time. Do not go here, they will price gouge and fail to even provide the scheduled service
