This means so much to me as my dog is reactive with strangers and has constantly peed herself. But, everyone here is very patient and willing to make her feel as comfortable as possible. Also, their pricing is very honest!

My dog jumped of the couch and hurt himself arpumd 10:00 pm, I was able to go online and make an appointment the next day. I love the fact that I was in and out so fast. The staff was beyond amazing. Dr block is so Patience and answers all my questions. You don’t feel rushed at all and definitely no waiting. I trust them on my babies more than anyone. I have brought my dogs there before and I knew it was not going to be disappointed at all. like I mentioned I was super early and checked in, then I walked inside petco to get dogs food, the receptionist came and put me to let me know I am ready to be seen ( she didn’t need to do that). Alondra ( I hope I spelled your name right), saw me before Dr block, and she remembered me when I had to put one of my dogs down about a year ago that felt special to me, and insured me, that they care for all pets they see. I couldn’t believe she remembered me. I was so touched by it. I am the kind of person that will ask the same question is so many different ways and Dr block was so Patient and answered all the questions over and over. Thank you all Also they helped me trim my dog’s nails which he hated me doing it and they were long. It was super nice for ask if they can help me with me with that. That’s was above and beyond. Also my dog did amazing with them trimming his nails. Thank you Dr block, Alondra and Amber.
