The front desk and staff were so amazing and took care of him like it was their own pet. She is normally a little fussy and can be nippy during parts of the grooming, but what we noticed when we arrived a little early for pick up was David petting her as he trimmed the fur around her face. Luna appeared comfortable, calm, and was even licking his hand as he worked. What could have made her even more of a difficult client was that Luna had a little irritation around her eye, but David cheerfully told us that she gave him no problems. We could see that it was one of the most comfortable and successful services she has had. Please know how much we appreciate David and this level of special care he gave our loved, but sometimes irritable dog Luna today. We are very grateful.
