Today I came in around 10 a.m. or 12 p.m. to buy 50 crickets and a bag of cat food. I have shopped here multiple times for reptile food, and most of the employees are nice. However, but as i mentioned at the beginning of this paragraph this employee has an attitude problem, accompanied by a snarky tone. Every time I’ve dealt with this woman, she has responded negatively and carried an attitude since she started working there. This is something that needs to be corrected, because if I come in again and have to deal with the same bad attitude, I will not be returning. I’ll take my business to PetSmart, or even to Amazon. FYI I will take a photo of this employee in the future if she gets another bad attitude and I’ll post it here as a review so everyone can see the problem employee.

Brought my cat here in a hurry because he couldn’t walk or move very well and was very worried about his health. The front desk and staff were so amazing and took care of him like it was their own pet. Definitely the best vet experience I’ve ever had, and they are not just trying to bill you and not save your animal.
