  Their communication sucks!!! I called as my cat was having bloody diarrhea and was told I would get next day results, come to find out AFTER my appointment I would have to wait 2 extra days. They OFFERED me a refund. I go to pick it up and all of the sudden they can’t locate my account or number(mind you they texted me/called me to talk about the issue). So I couldn’t get the refund they told me I could have. I would not return

  This is a confusing place. As both a hospital and clinic in the same spot, Appointments were made twice and when attempting to review the results after the visit, showed I had missed an appt. Additionally, when I attempt to access my dogs records, it just sends me back to the original appt to view. When I asked for a copy of the records, I found my dogs breed, age, and my information were all wrong data. On top of all of it, I spent over twice as much as I did at my last resource place to get the same vaccinations and the records were more accurate. Hello, I have sent an email as directed to get my dogs records addressed and have not received a single response after a week. What is the recommendation now ?

  The staff there is both caring and professional and loving to my fur babies. I enjoy taking them there and receiving their live support and Information regarding any problems with the babies or not. God bless them all
