As both a hospital and clinic in the same spot, Appointments were made twice and when attempting to review the results after the visit, showed I had missed an appt. Additionally, when I attempt to access my dogs records, it just sends me back to the original appt to view. When I asked for a copy of the records, I found my dogs breed, age, and my information were all wrong data. On top of all of it, I spent over twice as much as I did at my last resource place to get the same vaccinations and the records were more accurate. Hello, I have sent an email as directed to get my dogs records addressed and have not received a single response after a week. What is the recommendation now ?
