She had her phone stuck to the register and was using it when she was waiting for people to pay. Then she was also intermittently sucking on a ring pop. The sound alone from her sucking it was disgusting. Then I could see her placing it on the counter by the till. I am beside myself as I have done customer service all my life and never would this ever pass as ok.

They will belittle you and tell you that you are feeding your animal incorrectly. They told me I’m only supposed to be feeding my Baby bearded dragon only 5 crickets a day because that’s what they feed theirs. Went to a different pet store in Wichita and had a much better experience. Will never go back again.
