  Just had my yearly checkup for me dogo, Boyo. Madison, the vet assistant was fantastic. She explained everything well, went over several payment packages and was super sweet with my dog. Dr. Boller is always very thorough and really takes the time to go over everything you need to know to keep your pet healthy. Thank you to Iris at the front desk for setting up the package for me. I appreciate you all.

  Dog wash and checkup with vaccine Mamie was. a little whinney during shot but was quiet and relaxed in kennel. Good job Madison!

  Dr. Boller is always so kind and patient with our cats. We have taken two of our three cats to her so far and have had a great experience each time. Her team is caring and great to work with, especially Madison who found our cat's favorite flavored treat to make her more at ease.

  A great experience from beginning to end. It was really easy to book an appointment on the website. When we arrived with the dog we were warmly greeted by the receptionist and had a very short wait before a vet tech walked us back to the exam room. The facility is super clean with no perceptible pet odors. The vet tech was really friendly and professional and she quickly established rapport with the dog. She explained the different treatment options available, all of which were very reasonably priced. Once we’d decided, the vet tech walked the dog back to draw blood and then returned him to the exam room where he got some more treats. The veterinarian arrived shortly afterwards and gave the dog a thorough examination. She was very friendly and informative. We had previously brought our rescue kitten here for her initial shots and exam and had an excellent experience that time as well. We were very impressed with all aspects of the Derby Vetco location and highly recommend it as a great place to take your pets.

  Just finished my appointment with my cat there Bibbles, my cat is a little bossy but the vet assistant handled her so well. Her and the vet were so nice and I felt very welcomed. Iris helped us at the front and she was the sweetest!! I didn’t even have to tell her my name or Bibbles, having 6 pets gets pricey but I felt like the price was so reasonable especially with everything we did, I will definitely be switching my animals to them for their primary vet. I’d rate 10000/10, thank you guys!
