I understand that we came late, i’ve worked in food and retail, but you were rude and locked us in before the store even technically closed. We normally have good experiences but this made us not want to come back. The receipt says his name is Jared, he was tall with glasses. Hopefully this doesn’t happen to anyone else..

Being able to watch the groomers makes us very comfortable. We have used petco all over the country and never had a bad experience ever. The groomers seem to love the dogs.
