I've been lucky enough to have an amazing cat come into my life very quickly and with that came all my purchases from Petco. I started with going in to pickup items that were listed as In stock online, but when you physically go in, half the items aren't in stock. Annoying, but nothing a trip to Wichita can't fix. Next, it's with curbside pickup. I've used it three times so far and only once has it taken less than 10+ minutes even when not busy!! I've just given up after 15 min the other times and gone inside, probably too long to wait even then. The final tip off is the staff. While most have been kind, some seem annoyed by your presence. I had a cashier smack gum in my face and not even look up once during checkout. Another time a staff member tried to help my partner and I find a toy that, again, was said to be in stock, but when he went to go look he disappeared for 20 min and we found him talking with another customer. Totally forgotten. Luckily, that time we did end up finding what we were looking for. My biggest gripe is definitely curbside pickup though. There needs to be more efficiency there and maybe even a parking space for it!! They just tell you to park up front in the fire lane, but that only works if it's less than 5 min. Derby do better👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
