  I was simply calling to get pricing on their services and was told by their customer service team via phone that I needed to make a visit to the office and be seen by the vet in order order to get any pricing. WHAT!? YOU CAN NOT FORCE PEOPLE TO VISIT YOUR CLINIC AND PAY MONEY IN ORDER TO THE PRICES OF YOUR OTHER SERVICES. are you nuts??

  Liked Dr Lembke, but will not be going back due to rude vet tech turning us away for being a few minutes late to a quick recheck appointment. She didn't even look up our info and kept misgendering our pet. She clearly had no idea what we were even there for and the first thing she says is "we won't be able to see you." Last appointment we waited 10-15 minutes to even be put in a room and then longer for Dr Lembke for the same thing. What a joke. Probably wouldn't have happened with one of the better ladies doing the check ins.

  Dr. Elisabeth Lembke took the time to answer all my questions and explain things to me even though she was extremely busy and coming off an emergency.

  Always a pleasure seeing the vet team at this location. They take incredible care of both my dogs, they are always honest about prices and services, and are sweet to tolerate my husky Celest after her procedure and wails of complaints 🩶

  Where do I start? Dr Elizabeth Lembke saved my dog,Ike’s life. I took him in and she decided to get an X-ray of his body. There were many big and little stones in his bladder and a couple in his urethra. She said he needed special surgery she wasn’t equipped to do. She referred me to another surgeon who called in a specialist to do emergency surgery on Ike. He came out of it alright (he’s 11yrs old). If Dr Lembke had not gotten the X-rays,Ike would be dead. She checked him a month later when Ike was acting ill. She found minuscule calcium crystals in his urine. He’s going to be followed up in a week. He was put on a prescription diet and distilled water (to eliminate any minerals like calcium in the water). She is genuinely concerned about her patients and equally concerned about the owner’s wallet. She’s absolutely knowledgeable and compassionate.
