  The ladies are always on point when it comes to taking care of my girls. They also make sure that my 3 girls all get scheduled at the same time slot.

  There were many missed spots on her face( around her eyes) feet, legs, sides. Stuffs of uncut hair. I didn't think to take pics, we finished the job. I have always been very happy, and worth the expensive coat. This cut was not worth that much money.

  Disappointed in my experience. I’ve been bringing my dog Snickers to be groomed there for 6 years since he was a puppy. For context he is a 70lb sheepdog poodle wolfhound mix and I fully admit that by end of winter his fur can be wild and long. I also realize his size and deep bark can be intimidating, even though he is generally a sweet boy. I found out the day before this grooming appointment that it was noted in his file he had kennel aggression and was aggressive when he had his front legs shaved when your staff called and asked me to bring him in 4 hours later than the original appointment time so they could put him with a more experienced groomer. No one had ever informed me of this previously, but I said that was absolutely no problem. Upon drop off, I asked the groomer to let me know how he does this time. When I picked him up she confirmed he was still being aggressive and had nipped at the clippers. Instead of having a conversation with me about how I can correct this behavior, or what anxiety meds he might require before his next grooming appt she informed me he would not be welcome back at all….ok….I am not arguing that he may have behaved in an aggressive manner as I was not there, and would never want a groomer to feel unsafe or sustain injury. But to inform me less than 24 hours prior to an appointment that I had booked several weeks in advance of this issue, not asking me to take any action ahead of time before bringing him in, and then denying future services before allowing me to try and correct the behavior is ridiculous. This is the only place where he has ever been groomed and I have always had good experiences up until this past Friday. For the benefit of longtime customers, it would be nice if your staff immediately informed the owner of the issue when it is first recognized and gave them a chance to make the necessary changes instead of blindsiding them and telling them they are no longer welcome. I would have absolutely done what was needed to keep Snickers and your staff safe. No complaints on the actually grooming that was done and I am appreciative of the work the groomers have done in the past.

  Yoko is the simply the best! She really loves our dogs and does a great job with their grooming.
