I scheduled an appointment online, and when I arrived I found out they had cancelled my appointment with no notice and the clinic staff was more than 30 minutes late (no call no show). When you call the phone number, it sends you to a call center and those people have no idea what’s going on and have no contact information for the people who are supposed to be working. Likewise, the petco staff could not contact them either. I put my cat through the stress of driving to the vet for no reason. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere more reliable to go.
