I visited the store to purchase prescription dog food (Biome), which I have consistently bought from you for several years. I was unaware that my prescription had expired less than a week ago. When I reached the register, I explained this to the manager and asked if I could purchase the food to get my dogs through the weekend until I could contact my veterinarian on Monday. This accommodation has been made for me in the past without issue. Despite explaining that I was completely out of food and that this formula is the only one my dogs can eat due to medical needs, he refused to sell it to me. I was very disappointed with how the situation was handled. The interaction felt dismissive and inconsistent with the excellent customer service I have always experienced at this location. As a long-time customer, I was hoping for a more understanding approach—especially given the circumstances and the health needs of my pets. I am sharing this feedback in hopes that the situation can be reviewed and addressed. Thank you for your time and attention.
