Where are you located?
We are located at the corner of Springville-Judah Rd. and Harrodsburg Rd. in Springville, IN. Springville is approximately 3 miles west of I-37 between Bedford and Bloomington.
Do you make farm calls?
Yes, we travel to farms within a 30-mile radius of the clinic. This includes the counties of Monroe and Lawrence, as well as parts of Green, Martin, Owen, and Jackson counties.
Do you treat dogs, cats, or poultry?
No, we strictly treat horses and livestock (cattle, sheep, goats, pigs, llamas, and alpacas).
Do you have weekend hours?
We only schedule appointments for Monday-Friday, 9:45am-5:00pm. However, we do offer 24/7 emergency appointments for life and death situations. In case of an emergency, call 812-277-9500 and leave a message. Dr. Ashley will return your call within two hours, as long as you leave a message stating the nature of the emergency.
Do you take Walk-Ins?
No. Due to Dr. Ashley being a mobile vet, she is often not at the clinic.
Are you taking new clients?
Yes. Please call the office to make an appointment.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We do not accept Care Credit at this time, unless it has the Mastercard logo.
Can I pay by card if you come to the farm?
Yes, providing we have cell phone service or wi-fi. Our software is cloud-based and requires internet, whether through our hotspot or the client’s internet.
Can you take radiographs (X-rays) and/or ultrasounds at my farm?
Yes, we have portable, high-resolution radiograph equipment, as well as a portable ultrasound machine.
Do you AI (artificially inseminate) animals?
We currently artificially inseminate mares and pigs. We do not AI cattle, sheep, or goats at this time. We can supply you with the hormones needed to artificially inseminate.
