  DOGS FOOD FULL OF BUGS. DONT COME HERE!! This place is absolutely disgusting and nasty! Both kinds of dogs foods over 80 dollars each and different brands completely were covered and full of bugs. Upon research PETCO HAS HAD SEVERAL ISSUES WITH BUGS IN THEIR FOOD. And they call themselves a quality and reputable brand. That a joke. And when I called a VERY rude employee to see what I should do she said “another person is calling about bugs in their dog food” so I know for a fact I’m not the only one and she was heinous. No I’m sorry nothing other than a rude and terrible “manager” if you could even call her that. She was nasty, rude, and terrible. She was impolite. Inappropriate. And unkind. I would never recommend going here. I took it back and let them deal with the bugs.

  Management and cashiers are terrible. I came in for the vaccination services and confirmed online that they took CareCredit as a form of payment. When I went to pay the guy at the front shrugged his shoulders and said that wasn’t one of the buttons on the register and the manager was too busy to come help. I will never come back again Edit: I sent an email to the email they gave me below and never received a response….

  Love going to PETCO. The ppl are always nice and friendly!! Kelsey is the Best she take good care of my CoCo. Give her a raise!!

  Management and cashiers need to be taught proper customer service and policy. I went in to purchase a turtle in which the manager Alyssa first said ok give me a minute. Then comes back to tell me it's their company policy they can not sale animals because it was to cold outside. She stated it needed to be over 20 degree mind you at the time it was 23 degrees. So I respond well it is 20 degree out she responds well the feel is only 11 degree. And it's our policy we can't sale them today. So I then say so do you just not want to sale us a turtle because at this point I already pulled their policy up and it state no where they can't sale them due to weather. She then proceeded to tell me I'm being snippy and shes not saying me anything. So I get my children walk to the front and ask the cashier Chloe excuse me can I please get your manager on duties name she then tells me no you can go ask yourself what her name is , no I'm asking you because she was rude and idlike to make a complaint she then says I guess her names alyssa. The crazy part is their wasother customers in the store purchasing pets. They need to be taught customer services and how to speak to people. I did end up getting a turtle but unfortunately it was from your competitors which gladly sold me a turtle and also gave me great customer services . Petco do better
