I placed my order for curbside pickup (which was already a nightmare in itself) and tried several times to notify that I would be on my way through the app. When that did not work, I also tried several times to call the store. I decided I would just go in and grab the order myself instead of doing curbside pickup since that didn’t seem to be an option. Once inside the store I was immediately greeted with attitude after I’d interrupted the two employees conversation to see about my order. I was then cursed out and had my 45 pound bag of dog food shoved at me, almost knocking me over. I have never had such an awful experience at a store in my life. I have been going to Petco for my dog for the last 6 years and this might have been my sign to choose a different place.

The deals down right sucked and ended up feeling ripped off on what I did purchase. Ohhh well plenty of other great petstores around us or even places that aren't labeled pet stores where I can find much better pet supplies- can anyone say MENARDS OR TRACTOR SUPPLY.....if I have to have a pet branded place from now on it's "petssmart" ---/by PETCO, You messed up and probably invested money into a failing business model.
