  Dr Jeff, his assistants and the front desk are knowledgeable, personable, and provide excellent care. Our fur babies actually enjoy the visits.

  Lola is always treated with kindness by the veterinary technicians and Dr. Logue. The staff is very friendly and we enjoy our visit each time we have to come to the vet. The follow up care and concern by all of the office is great. We especially love the White Noise machine in the exam room, as it helps Lola and myself during our visit.

  Had high hopes after moving to Richmond and finding this vetenarian. Our King Charles has to be on a prescription dog food for severe stomach issues. We spoke to the vet in office about this and she assured us that they would maintain this prescription and would be of no issue. Called the office for them to send a letter to our pet insurance, stating that our dog still needed to be in the prescription dog food and the front desk lady said she would need to check with a manager. She then proceeds to tell me she checked with her co worker and I would need to call the previous vet to get that. I explained we had already discussed this with the vet and she assured us they would continue the prescription and she wasn’t trying not hearing any of that. Spoke to manager today and let her know why we would not be returning and no apologies were offered, only excuses were made for the lady at the front desk. It’s terribly unfortunate for pet owners , when staff does not communicate and we are smack in the middle of the mess. Disappointed and let down by this establishment. Would not recommend, unless you are okay with being told one thing by the vetenarian and another by the staff. This was something simple and they could not handle it.

  Just moved to the area, so switched to this vet. We got our dog established as a patient, and explained to the vet about the prescriptions he needed for his stomach, and they said they could give records to insurance. When it came time to do so, my wife calls, and they tell her we would have to contact our old vet, who isn't even in this state, and was very rude to my wife. We will find a vet who can take care of things without having our old vet take care of it. Thanks for nothing Logue's.
