    I’m giving this location three stars. When I first arrived and shared that I was unable to pay due to my financial situation, the receptionist informed me that I would not be seen that day. I had to threaten to contact animal services before another employee intervened to help. However, once I met with the doctor and the veterinary tech, the experience turned around completely. They were incredibly compassionate, and I could see how much they cared for my cat and her condition. The doctor gave me a clear list of next steps to help me support my cat through this difficult time, and I truly appreciated that. The vet tech even helped me manage the bill, which was exactly what I was seeking. Despite the rough start, the compassionate care made all the difference, and I appreciate their dedication to my cat’s well-being. I’m giving them three stars for the positive turn in the experience, though I hope future visits will be more streamlined.

    We appreciate the care Zoey receives from all of the local staff at Banfield. We also love that we can use the video calling when we are traveling. Once on an island in the middle of Lake Erie, Zoey got a UTI. We were able to connect with a Banfield facility on Mainland Canada and they shipped us medication on the next ferry! Thank you Banfield.

    Every time I've been here with my dog the staff have been super kind. Their pet plans are also very cost effective so we are doing that for a second year now. The vets here have figured out the cause to my dogs skin and ear issues so now we can actually try to prevent them. Their customer service is also excellent! Thank you, Banfield!

    On 9/16/2025 I had taken our cat to this vet for an exam. My appointment was scheduled for 315pm and I showed up an hr early. We were made to sit there from 215-340 with no word they were running behind. Then a vet tech in training came in and asked a bunch of questions. Afterward she asked to take the cat to the back which was very abnormal. Almost another 40 mins had past before the vet decided to come to the room and talk to us. We have no clue what they did to our cat in the back but he was terrified after he came out. During this time my sister's blood sugar began to rapidly drop which created a medical emergency so we had asked to speak with a manager. When the vet came in the room she began berating us about our animal with out even asking us what was wrong. Once she stopped talking I tried to inform her of the emergency and she blew up at me saying if we wanted to leave we could, she was very rude and unprofessional, furthermore it was very obvious that the vet did not even review the file as she had given us a false diagnosis on our animal as the issue mentioned had already been checked out by three other vets and deemed not an issue. Because of her disregard for my sister's well being, her false diagnosing of our cat, and her overly rude demeanor I told her to give us our cat and that we would leave and that I would never be walking back through the doors of this location again. I also filed a formal corporate complaint. I caution all consumers against using a overly zealous vet who is rude and careless in their treatment of other people and especially the animals they are supposed to be serving. Part 2 today is 9/30/2025 and corporate has yet to follow up with me as is outlined in their own policies. Secondly they responded below to this review by asking me to reach out to their customer advocates which I have done and they are yet to follow up as well. At this point I feel that Corporate doesn't care about the unethical practices which I experienced. At this point I would highly recommend that people refrain from using Banfield as a whole.
