  I’m so sad to share this, but I have to considering my dog’s psychological state when getting his nails cut now. I used to take my Frenchie’s here often for nail cuts. My nonchalant one, who never seemed to mind it, was extremely stressed out with one of the workers in particular as she spun him around multiple times, was extremely rough with him, and even had been nipping at her (he does NOT bite people and I have watched multiple sessions). He now really struggles with nail trims and has to have someone come to the house. We did explain to her our disappointment after to hear we didn’t have to pay for the service, but when you handle dogs inappropriately or roughly, they do get stressed out and traumatized even if it’s something they’ve been desensitized to. This place has highly untrained and unprofessional workers in the grooming department that really have no business being with your animals. Please save your money, or spend more money even elsewhere for better services because it’s not worth it.

  I was very disappointed that you do not offer a vetrans discount or a discount for service animals. On the second hand I commend you on hiring handicapped employees. The gentleman that waited on me was so very knowledgeable and accommodating. He knew every inch of that store and explained everything about the products I needed.

  Great customer service. They let me in 2 mins before closing because I had a sick dog that wasn't eating and needed to pick up different food to entice her to eat. They even offered me some samples that were on sale to see if it would help. It was much appreciated!

  A little pricey but I easily found what I was looking for. A plus is you can adopt cats there, get dog training and the store is clean.
