My experience was terrible. The vet gave up on my kitten’s vaccines after he was growling, as many cats do and always have. The vet tech seemed inexperienced and wasn’t capable of keeping him settled down. so after one vaccine the vet handed me the oral to give myself later. She also said she couldn’t microchip him and suggested I have it done when I went to my regular vet when he gets neutered. I asked the staff for a refund on the microchip and they said they couldn’t do it. This seemed by design to me. I called customer service and they said the next tier of customer service would need to call me. I realized they weren’t going to prorate the package and they didn’t. They said I could come back but you don’t know who the vet is when you book. I certainly didn’t want her again and, honestly, I didn’t really care for the other one. There’s zero bedside manner and it’s just a factory. It’s on me because you get what you pay for. I would NEVER take another animal here.

I have never been so humiliated in my entire life. I tried to take three dogs to get groomed, when I booked the appointment I asked the question of if they took pregnant dogs because I have a dog that is pregnant and I wanted her belly shaved before she delivered but I was told no, so that was the end of that. So I scheduled grooming sessions for three other dogs. When I got there, there was a guy and a girl that was checking me in. Unfortunately, one of my dogs had pooped in my car on the drive there. As I was being checked in the girl kept asking me if I had a pregnant dog or if one of my dogs had had a litter, she kept going to the back getting information from someone in the back, I ask why, what did that matter because I didn’t bring that dog. She asked on three different occasions, so I finally said STOP, I only brought boy dogs today. And because I said that I was told that I was being rude, and to leave. As I was walking out, the man, GROOMER said good luck and ruining your dogs lives.😳 Really???? My dogs live better than I do! But for a groomer to say that to a client is beyond disbelief. If that’s how you treat people, you won’t have to worry, I will NEVER be back!!!
