She was super gentle, loving, and caring, truly trying to help my little pup feel comfortable with her (he’s a nervous, trembling wreck with all groomers and vets!). It was so obvious she really appealed to my dog and he felt more comfortable with her than he ever has with any previous groomers. She also did a fantastic job grooming him, he’s absolutely adorable!
