My daughter went there with her mom a week ago to get a ferret for her birthday... they called before they left and they said they HAD ferrets and to come on in... When they drove the almost 2 hours to get there - they got there ONLY to find out they couldn't and wouldn't sell the ferrets due to a needed vaccine. That was lie #1, which broke my daughters heart. They said - "Well, sorry about the mix up, but they get the vaccine on the 1st and you can come back on the 1st and they'll be ready to go..." - THAT, was lie #2. And mind you - I had spoken with the store manager, (Joe), himself, who had assured ME that this was the case and the 1st they would be ready... It is now the 1st of March, 2026.... My daughter awoke with anticipation and excitement, and left the house at 8 am this morning to go pick up the ferret she had her heart set on.... When my wife and daughter got there - the ferrets were gone. NEVER AGAIN. They LIED... and not to mention the asking price of $500, that we were willing to pay, in itself is absolutely ridiculous. They lied to a little girl on her birthday. Shame on you Joe, absolutely shame on you.
