  Paid $66 for bath , teeth brush ,nail trim , deshedding deep Usually a 90-120 minute appointment. Today it was done in 40 minutes. She still has lots of hair coming out and still damp for bath. I tipped before even seeing her Hopping Betty L would do a great job. Not the case and not very happy. We have had this done at the 96th street location and Ana did a great and thorough job and not rush job. I feel as if I was cheated and she went to an express car wash. I do not recommend this location.

  Grooming staff is mostly friendly, love bringing my dogs here to get a bath and love to see the kitties too.

  The manager, Emma, was exceptionally helpful in providing us flea treatment for our recently adopted cat. She showed us how to apply the treatment directly on the skin and examined him using her own experience with owning six cats, all while expertly handling our cat and showing us tips to do so ourselves. The tips from Emma and Kylie were unparalleled for a first time owner like me. Thank you so much for your guidance!

  I took my 9 month old puppy here to use the self wash station and get a nail trim if there was staff available. First of all, I cannot believe the conditions in which the self wash stations are. They are completely dirty and look like they haven’t been cleaned in months. There were bugs, flies, food pieces, standing water, etc. I completed my puppies bath just because I had already paid for it. Second, there was a groomer there that was available for a nail trim, which I was very thankful for. She asked for medical records, and I typically use an app from my vet that shows his shot records. She kept stating it was “illegal” that I didn’t have the actual rabies vaccination certificate with me, mentioned this over 3 times. I completely understand guidelines and regulations, so that didn’t bother me. What bothered me was her attitude. Once I said thank you we will return with his actual certificate, she walked out of the store 5 minutes later turning parts of the lights off in the self wash station while I was completing my puppies bath. This was at around 6:00pm as well. I understand legal requirements for a rabies certificate, but I’ve never had any issues with using my vets app before at other grooming locations. Overall we won’t be back.
