There is a reason this vet is rated 3 stars on google. The medicine is priced double than other vets and the vet quality is poor. I came in for a lesion near my dogs mouth. I can tell there was an infection getting worse with increasingly worse side effects. I spoke to the doctor for a total of 4 minutes at most. The vet and manager checked out my dog for 2 minutes. When returning, I received a couple of medicines to use. That’s it. No diagnosis, no description of the issue, no information about the type of lesion or degree of infection? However, they did give me a topical antiseptic, HexaChlor-K Wipes, and antibiotic tablets, Simplicef. Both of which were given to me at double and 5x the average cost. For the same jar of 50ct Hexachlor antiseptic wipes average $10-$15 Here they charged me $30, which is a 40% markup at the least. Then, $10 PER tablet for 6 tablets totaling $60. On average in the US, name brand tablets with identical ingredients are $1.61. Additionally, they charged $42 for “cleaning the wound” which they did in the back of the office for 2 minutes AT MOST for a lesion which wasn’t secreting any fluid, to disinfect the area with an antiseptic. Then another $5.78 for a disposal fee? They charged me $6 TO THROW SOMETHING AWAY on top of the $42 to “clean up” the wound. Then, I’m handed the medicine and am told to apply once every 12 hours and give my dog a pill daily. Soo.. all the doctor did was.. look at the lesion and wipe it down.. 3 hours later, writing this review, I STILL don’t know what’s wrong with my dog.. because I didn’t receive any diagnosis of what kind of lesion this was. Could’ve been a bite, could’ve been a scratch, allergy, ANYTHING.. I don’t know I’ll happily pay $75 for a vet visit from an experienced professional to correctly diagnose, care for, and treat my dog. However I spoke to a professional at most for 2 minutes to be told I need to wipe it down and give it antibiotic. I had to request a cone myself.. Got the same “treatment” from ChatGPT before I even went in. Left with $240 less in my pocket. Should’ve saved my money, went to a different clinic, and gotten better care!

Being Banfield customers and carrying their pet insurance for over 20 years we had no problems until moving back to Noblesville Indiana. Within two years of our return our 3 girls were only able to be seen by the same provider perhaps twice.our biggest issue with Banfield was that our 8 year old service dog contracted leptospirosis and the only external source she visited was Banfield Noblesville. I called the office in great shock as my baby was just seen by them and we were told she was fine. They would not see her that day We took her to Emergency Services and learned she had Leptospirosis which had consumed her and we had to let her go. Not only did we feel the brunt of a heartbreaking experience but personal trauma by losing a very highly trained service dog, companion and the best friend I ever had. She never went anywhere except to the vet and on rides with us. No public areas, dog parks or proximity to other animals other than our own. How much blood do you pull to indicate that there might be an issue. From her vet appointment to her laying to rest was less than a week. We entrusted her care to Banfield and yes we feel that she died because of this. The pet plans for my other two will be discontinued when they expire. Takeaway is that if you can’t assign vets to customers, ensure that they are not exposed to other animals who are sick and stop the drop off style schedules I don’t believe that I would have lost my beloved companion. Nothing can make up for the trauma and training involved in this situation. How does a vital active working dog decline so quickly and early in her life? The biggest blow was the phone call saying that I had to finish paying for the plan! No questions asked about how she was? If she was? It’s all about the money but you want us to review at the highest levels possible. Rest in peace my sweet friend. We miss you so very much

While they were wonderful and kind during the death of my elderly cat, the doctors are ver impersonal and often feel very judgemental. Especially if you dont buy their health plans.

I absolutely love Banfield of Noblesville. Whenever I take Brutus and Mollie into PetSmart they PULL me to the back of the store to go say hi to everyone there. Brutus is adored by every one there (same with Mollie) and they are very well taken care of when we are there. If I have to leave them there for a surgery, teeth cleaning or just an appt all day because I have to work I am not worried about their care. The ladies have fit me in when needed. I would never change vets because of the wonderful care we receive here. Thanks ladies (and now Josh too) for always loving my babies!
