  Austin was absolutely AMAZING with our two German Shepherds, especially our oldest who has high anxiety. It was our first time using Adorable Pet Grooming and he walked me through everything and asked all the important questions about our dogs, to ensure his safety and our pups - very thorough. On the day of our appt. he was on his way and ended up in a minor fender bender. Austin called me to let me know he was going to keep our appt. and needed to wait for the police to file a report. Within 15-20 minutes he called me to let me know he was on his way. Austin went above and beyond in many ways and our first impression of the customer service, Austin overall and the service he provided to our fur babies is ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️. Highly recommend Adorable Pet Grooming!

  I have a long hair, Senior dog with oral cancer. He's probably only got another year to live and this company took him on even with his sporadic bleeding. Currently he is getting tired more frequently but still loves to be outside and they gave him the ability to do so comfortably for what is likely going to be his last summer. I can not thank them enough for their kindness and understanding to our situation. These pictures are what he looked like before and after. If we get lucky and he is with us longer than expected will absolutely use them again. I encourage anyone, especially those with seniors , to use this company

  I was nervous to take my dog to a new groomer but I had such a great experience ! Everyone was so friendly and really helped my dog get comfortable . My dog looked amazing! Great place to go ! Highly recommend.

  We’ve been looking for a new groomer since moving to Indianapolis and had our golden retriever groomed today at Adorable Pet Grooming. He looks beautiful! The staff members were very nice and communicated well. We have already scheduled our next grooming. Highly recommend
