    Always a great experience with staff, never in a rush and always give great details of the service and makes my cat and I feel very comfortable. You can tell love of animals with all of them. Highly recommend

    I just left this place and I am so unhappy. I wish I would have seen the recent reviews soon because I would not have went AT ALL. The staff was very condescending. Assuming things about me and my kitten, which i have had less than a week. You dont get to be there while they examine the animal so who knows what theyre doing. They also start right off talking about money. Im pretty sure the tech was under the influence of drugs the way she was acting and talking. Such a horrible experience
