- BKBrittany KingSep 10, 20252.0As others have stated, the workers are somewhat rude for no reason; as soon as you get to the room with your pet they will try and sell you packages, one was over $500 and the other one being over $300. We only needed rabies shot and regular work up of vaccines and they try selling you everything under the sun, saying our dog needed bloodwork done and fecal testing.. our dog was a rescue and is very nervous around new people (told them this as soon as we got in) and for some they wanted to stress her out more and take her in the other room away from us to do her shots, as I have read through the other reviews they seem to do this with every animal and there is no interaction between you and the vet which is very odd. Also it was our first visit and I had to bring it up many times for our 1st visit coupon to be applied or they would have no even mentioned it themselves. Disappointed in all of it for sure.
