- CWChristopher Winterkorn6 days ago1.0I had my dogs groomed on 11/12/25, and the service was unacceptable. I provided a clear photo of a previous groom showing exactly what I wanted for both of my yorkies, and it was completely ignored. When I addressed it afterward, the staff showed zero concern. To make matters worse, they claimed my Apple Pay payment didn’t process and charged me again. It took an entire week—and two return trips to the store—to get my refund. (Thank you to the male manager who went out of his way to call corporate and finally get it resolved.) This will be the last time I use Petco for grooming or veterinary care. Their customer service has gone downhill since COVID, especially after moving their customer service team remote.
