I was just inside looking at their cat for adoption, Pumpkin Pie, when I noticed her litter box was FULL of uncleaned poop and there was no water or food in sight. Poor girl did not look happy or taken care of. These cats are already in a box, why don't the employees care about their wellbeing or quality of life? I even tried to call to complain and was on hold for 20 minutes. I will also be going to corporate with this. Anyone who neglects animals, especially while marketing yourself as an animal loving business, should be ashamed in themselves. THESE CATS DESERVE BETTER! And don't even try to deny this! There were no employees on the floor, carts full of merchandise everywhere and a dirty, unkempt cat enclosure with a depressed cat inside. SHAME ON YOU PETCO.
