My dog was sent home with liquids under her skin and nausea medication to treat an infection that killed her by the next day. She is now being euthized by Brookville animal hospital that found the infection that Banfield said she didn't have. Why does animal care cost more than human care this is not acceptable because these animals should be treated just as they are humans. We pay for animal insurance that b Banfield wouldn't even accept so where is the decency in trying to save a rescue if the vet you take them too won't even help.plwase explain to me why you let my daughter die you should be ashamed of yourselves for the work you should have been properly trained for.

I decided to come here to banfield immediately after that and I cannot explain how good they were, Dr Raikos and Maddie were amazing!! They explained everything I needed to know, all the possible scenarios and what to do, and really took their time with the examination of my kitten and with me! Very close, very patient, they truly understand they’re treating with living animals, and with their concerned owners, and not just dealing with another name on the list. I totally recommend coming with Dr Raikos and Maddie 🙌🏻

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
