They were friendly and efficient at check out, opening a 3rd lane to accommodate the volume of customers. While shopping, I was asked twice if I needed help with anything, an additional employee stopped to talk, took time to understand my situation, and gave recommendations for a cat supplies. Very good trip to PetCo. I will return and would recommend.
