- AHArmeca HayesNov 14, 20251.0Incompetent staff and very incompetent doctor , Dr. Marcus Larson @ Griffith Animal Hospital. I brought my 2 dogs in with diarrhea. My dogs have gone to this facility for several years. They gave my dog an antibiotic shot, oral antibiotics to take 2x a day at home, (forgot to give ear rinse )for 1 dogs ear infection, just gave ear drops. Dogs didn’t get better, I happened to read back of meds )for outer sores & oral hygiene)???not for diarrheal. I called in and spoke with the receptionist. She consulted with Dr. and said they gave wrong meds???! I was very upset and told them I want right meds. She explained not Dr. Larson’s fault , tech’s fault. I didn’t care whose fault, I spent $379+ to get them help and wellness, so I want correct meds. Dr. got on phone and says will not give any other meds, he says probably their fresh pet??—-but if I give him $30.00 he will give me 5 antacid pills for dogs!!! Why would I give you anything after giving my dogs the wrong medication. He should have been apologetic and empathetic about his staff & or his incompetence. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE, BECAUSE OF MY AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!! MY PREVIOUS POST WAS DELETED. THIS IS A REPEATED POST!!!

Said to bring her back sometime next week. My baby was hurting and I couldn’t stand to see her hurting all weekend. So after calling some friends found a vet just as close that although they were full because our pet was in need made apt that day. They were great I advise everyone to to to Glenn Park they care about animals there
